Charles E. Morrison, D.V.M., pictured here with Trevor, graduated from Michigan State University in 1981. He worked in a mixed animal practice in Wisconsin for 17 years before coming to Suttons Bay in 1997. He resides with his wife, son, and their dog Ruby. In his free time, he enjoys sailing and boating.

Kathryn E. Cochran, D.V.M., graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in 1996. She completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Michigan Veterinary Specialists in 1997. She worked in both emergency and general practices in Savannah, Georgia before moving to Traverse City in 2000. Dr. Cochran and her husband have twin daughters born in September 2005. They also have two dogs and a cat. Dr. Cochran enjoys downhill skiing and travel.

Rachel M. Starr, D.V.M., graduated from Michigan State University in 2000. She worked at the humane society and a mixed animal practice in Columbus, Ohio. She moved to Traverse City in 2005. Dr. Starr and her husband have two children. They also share their home with one dog, one cat, two rabbits, and a horse.

Rebekah E. Fahey, D.V.M., graduated from Michigan State University in 2008. She is originally from the Traverse City area. She has one dog, Kodiak, and two cats, Oliver and Patches. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking.

Matthew Fain, D.V.M., graduated from Michigan State University in 2011. He is originally from the Gaylord area. He and his wife Kate have a cat named Winston and a labrador named Louie. In his spare time he likes to go hiking, camping, and fishing and spend time with his family and friends. He is an avid Red Wings fan, as well as a fan of MSU football and basketball.
