From time to time, you may see some different friendly faces at our hospital. These relief doctors are part of our extended team and help us ensure your pets always receive the same compassionate, high-quality care no matter what.
"While the drive was a little long for us from Empire, I didn't mind because of how scenic it is! Our lab tore a toenail while running around outside & the vet's office staff was able to get us in the next morning. They called to ask that I drop her off early so the vet could look at Luna in between appointments to see what would be needed. Once she did that, she said that Luna needed the toenail removed, but everything else about the exam was fine (no cuts needing stitches, etc.). When I picked Luna up, I was given a thorough & detailed run down of what was seen, what was needed & why, after-care instructions, medication & a follow up appointment. Every one of the staff we encountered were pleasant, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable & compassionate. They clearly love furry friends! The office was clean and neat, with the coolest plants thriving in the sunny space. We had a great experience with Suttons Bay Animal Hospital."
